Privacy policy
A plain account of the information this site takes in when you call or send the form, and where it goes afterward.
Dear homeowner,
When you fill in the inspection form on this site, four things come to us: your name, a phone number, a ZIP code and whatever you choose to say about the house. If you pick a symptom from the list, we keep that too. When you call instead, the phone system notes the number you dialled from and, after the notice you hear at the start, may record the conversation so that a crack described over the phone is written down correctly. The site itself counts visits with an analytics service that uses no cookies and builds no profile of you; it tells us a page was read, not who read it.
Every one of those details exists for one purpose, which is to get a foundation contractor to your door with the right information. We pass your name, number, address and description to the independent contractor who takes the job in your part of Madison, Morgan or Limestone County. If that contractor applies to City of Huntsville Building Services or another building office for a permit, your address goes on that application, and Alabama 811 receives it before any trench is dug. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell contact lists, trade them, or let an advertising network read them.
How long we hold it
Job records stay with us for as long as a warranty, a permit file or a tax return could need them, which in practice is several years. A request that never became a job is cleared out sooner. If a project is finished and you would prefer that your phone number not sit in our records, write to hello@rocketcityfoundation.com and it will be removed; the contractor keeps their own copy under their own obligations.
What you can ask of us
You may ask what we hold about you, ask that a wrong number or misspelled street be corrected, or ask for the lot of it to be deleted. The same address, hello@rocketcityfoundation.com, handles all three, and a reply comes within two business days. If you would rather the call not be recorded, say so when it starts and the recording stops. This site is written for adults arranging work on a home they own or manage; we do not knowingly take details from anyone under eighteen, and if a parent tells us a child sent the form we delete it. Should this page change, the date below changes with it.
Last revised October 2026. Questions about this notice go to hello@rocketcityfoundation.com or (256) 870-2453.
